背景簡介：

C4d是抗體觸發(fā)補(bǔ)體通過經(jīng)典途徑活化后C4的裂解產(chǎn)物，能穩(wěn)定地結(jié)合在發(fā)生排斥的移植物內(nèi)皮的表面。檢測C4d作為機(jī)體針對同種異體移植物抗體檢測的一個間接信號，大量研究表明：C4d是腎移植免疫中的重要標(biāo)記物，同時也是心臟、肝及其他器官移植免疫檢測的重要標(biāo)記物。
