Clone 1837-46 is directed against the endostatin portion (the carboxy-terminal domain) of collagen XVIII. Endostatin is a powerful inhibitor of angiogenesis and shows widespread distribution, mainly in vessel walls and some other basement membrane zones. Application: IHC on paraffin embedded (not frozen) specimens.
