DESCRIPTION: Mouse anti-chick type II collagen (CB11) IgG2b monoclonal antibody, clone D1-2G, unconjugated
APPLICATION: Use for immunohistochemistry, immunoblotting and ELISA
QUANTITY: 100 μl, 1 mg/ml
FORM: Mouse monoclonal antibody, clone D1-2G, recognizing the conserved epitopes on various species of type II collagen. Dissolved in PBS, pH 7.2.
SOURCE: Mouse
CROSS-REACTIVITY: Cross-reacts (by more than 95%) to most species of type II collagen including mouse, porcine, chick, bovine, human, rat, and monkey.
USAGE: Dilute the antibody in buffer containing 2% heterologous serum, such as NGS, to prevent non-specific reactions in ELISA, tissue staining or immunoblotting. Use 0.1-1 mg/ml. Due to low reactivity to denatured collagen, ten times higher concentration will be required to detect denatured collagen in immunoblotting.
