DESCRIPTION: Mouse anti-chick type II collagen (CB11) IgG1 monoclonal antibody, clone 35, unconjugated
APPLICATION: Use for immunohistochemistry and ELISA
QUANTITY: 100 ml, 1 mg/ml
FORM: Mouse monoclonal antibody, clone 35 (IgG1), specific to native chick type II collagen. Dissolved in PBS, pH 7.2.
SOURCE: Mouse
CROSS-REACTIVITY: Specific to native chick type II collagen and cross-reacts with other species of native type II collagen such as monkey, mouse, rat, human, bovine, or porcine. Cross-reactivity with denatured chick type II collagen is minimal (less than 10%).
USAGE: Dilute the antibody in buffer containing 2% heterologous serum, such as NGS, to prevent non-specific reactions in ELISA or tissue staining. Use 0.1-1 mg/ml.
