DESCRIPTION: Rat monoclonal anti-mouse type I collagen antibody clone 8D4A1 (IgG2a), biotinylated
APPLICATION: Use for immunohistochemistry and ELISA, but not recommended for immunoblotting
QUANTITY: 100 ml, 1 mg/ml

SOURCE: Rat
CROSS-REACTIVITY: Specific to native mouse type I collagen and does not cross-react with other species of native type I collagen, such as human, rat, chick, bovine, and porcine. Cross-reactivity with denatured mouse type I collagen is minimal (less than 5%).
USAGE: Dilute the antibody in buffer containing 2% heterologous serum, such as normal goat serum, to prevent non-specific reactions in ELISA and tissue staining. Use at 0.1-1 mg/ml.
