DESCRIPTION: Rat monoclonal anti-human type I collagen antibody, biotinylated
APPLICATION: Use for immunohistochemistry and ELISA, but not recommended for immunoblotting

FORM: Rat monoclonal antibody, clone 42R (IgM), specific to native human type I collagen.
SOURCE: Rat
CROSS-REACTIVITY: Specific to native human type I collagen and does not cross-react with other species of native type I collagen, such as mouse, rat, chick, bovine and porcine. Cross-reactivity with denatured human type I collagen is minimal (less than 10%).
USAGE: Dilute the antibody in buffer containing 2% heterologous serum, such as NGS, to prevent non-specific reactions in ELISA and tissue staining.
